Enjoy Our Heated Pool for 2009 and We Pick Up the first $250 Again!

We began providing a heated pool for our guests beginning with the 2005 rental season. Here is the real benefit for our guests. We pick up the first $250 of cost to heat the pool just like we have done each season since 2005. Because of rapidly rising gas prices, our management company recommended setting a fixed price for the heated pool for 2009. After consulting with them and the gas company on expected gas price increases, we set the weekly cost at $500. We will be picking up the first $250 of the cost to heat the pool again in 2009. So the net cost for each week will be $250 for our guests. Our goal is to cover most of the cost for our guests. Now some of you may not think that $250 is practically free but compared to the rates other houses are charging - this is a terrific benefit for our guests. This special rate is available from the beginning of the season in March through the second week of June and again from the last week of August until the end of October. Best of all – we didn’t increase our rates to cover the cost of our program so our guests are getting the full benefit. What Else is New for 2009

Our goal is to continually upgrade our home so our guests get the best value possible. Here are some of the new amenities already in place for 2009:

· Wireless internet setup.

· A brand new gas grill is scheduled to be delivered in March 2009 (We replace the grill each season.)

· New stainless steel frying pans.

· An additional set of dishes and glasses for the kitchen.

· We replace the small kitchen appliances each year.

· New bedding.

· Additional pictures to enhance the décor.

· In 2007 we replaced all of the curtains in the bedrooms to provide additional privacy.

· The entire inside of the house was repainted in the fall of 2006 with accent colors added in virtually every room. This makes every room much warmer.
